One of my favorite parts of my work is teaching zoom cooking classes. And I teach that way only a couple times a year now, and only to ‘founding members’ of mostly french.

This is the only way I offer interactive, interrupt me anytime you wanna, zoom classes any longer unless it’s for a one-off event. I don’t do these even within the Online Cooking School.
BUT I do offer them to my Super subscribers. And our NEXT one is coming in about TWO WEEKS! It’s always a Brunch class. It’s always a Saturday. And there are ALWAYS mimosas or Prosecco.
THIS time, we’re tackling HOLLANDAISE! And we’re going to be making croissant-whiches with hollandaise, tomato, avocado, and poached eggs.
We’ll poach eggs in a COUPLE different ways so you can master poaching AND we’ll tackle hollandaise the easy away and the hard way.
