I just posted the first of my ‘long form pieces’ and a ton of you LOVED IT. A huge boost in subscriptions (THANK YOU!) and a lot of kind private messages.
So in the spirit of including y’all, I am sending every. single. one. of. you. a short poll.
I am contemplating what to focus on for the next few months. I have a long-form post about the Dolomites and why you should ski there. And also, I am contemplating sharing excerpts from the Courageous Cooking Method book I am writing. (Working title: Courage to Cook). Travelogues. Exclusive videos. Not sure yet exactly, so please please please share your comments (I opened comments to EVERYONE and also vote please). Voting is open for a week. After that time, I’ll hide the post.

But of course I love your perspective on food and food culture, and on anything 'living in France' :) I appreciate the deep insights into life and existing in this world, too. I guess JUST WRITE IT ALL doesn't narrow it down for you LMAO!!
